About me
I’m a mum of two and live in West Yorkshire, where I can be found writing, reading or running the trails in and around the Holme Valley. I'm seeking representation for my middle grade novel while working on my next projects.I love creating stories that have magic and fantasy but remain aligned with our real world and the challenges we face. I'm drawn to characters whose adventures reveal a truth about themselves or the world.
Current Project:
Seeking representation for 'Bottled' (Middle Grade Magical Realism ~30,000 words)
Works in Progress:
I'm currently editing my YA novel, 'The Tree with the Iron Bar' (Portal Fantasy suitable for readers 13/14+ ~85,000 words)
...and plotting another MG story about a wish fairy determined to overcome free will and grant a little girl’s impossible wish.
